Our products are printed or prepared to order to avoid overstocking.
- Production time: 2 to 4 working days.
- Delivery time: Once shipped, your package usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days (for mainland France).
Where do you deliver?

How can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as your part leaves our workshops, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package in real time, from our logistics center to your door.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your geographical area and the weight of your order.
Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
Your style won't wait, and neither will our production line. Once validated, your order instantly enters preparation. You have a window of 2 hours for any urgent modifications via our support.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to try on your ELEMENT WEAR item. If the fit is not as expected, the item must be returned to us in its original condition (new, unworn, unwashed). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
What to do in case of a defective product?
Quality is our priority. If your order shows any signs of damage upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the defect. We will initiate a priority shipment to replace your item at our expense.

What is the composition of your products?

What is "ring-spun cotton"?
This is our guarantee of superior quality. Unlike standard cotton, the fibers are continuously braided and refined, making the fabric much softer to the touch , more resistant, and offering a perfect printing surface that does not move over time.
Do your products retain their shape after washing?
Absolutely. Our T-shirts use a tubular construction and our sweatshirts feature a modern straight cut with high-quality finishes. These construction techniques prevent the garment from losing its shape or twisting, guaranteeing a perfect silhouette wash after wash.
Is the (printed) design durable?
Yes. Every design (whether geometric, camouflage, or animal print) is applied using state-of-the-art techniques to ensure a perfect fusion with the fabric. The colors remain vibrant and the details sharp, even after numerous urban adventures.
